Returns and Exchanges

Sale items and special orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition.  Items engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.  Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. We reserve the right to require written confirmation indicating your commitment of final sale during holiday periods.

Our Return Process and Requirements

To return an item to Anthony Nak for a refund or exchange, you must first obtain a return code by calling our customer service telephone number at 512.383.8683.  (We do not process returns via email.) When you call, your customer service representative will issue you a Return Authorization Number and give you instructions on how to package and label your item(s) for return.

Merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured to Anthony Nak, Inc.

Failure to follow these instructions will result in your items being refused receipt and your returns not being processed.
